We use it to build out clear support for your teams’ growth. 


Our EQi 2.0 group assessments, and individual assessments help us create a very clear map to help coach growth. All of our evaluations come with 3 coaching sessions at a strategic level. We integrate your organization’s strategy into the individual and group work.
